Three-bedroom home with spacious Living Room, Dining Room, and Kitchen area. Shared bathroom for two smaller rooms. Five minutes from BJU (depending on stoplights) but in Taylors SC.  Female students or graduates only. Currently the primary suite is unavailable until June.

Renters share utilities, WiFi, and rest of furnishings (some provided).
No smoking, alcohol, or men (of course) in the residence. No pets (sorry, but some roomies may have allergies).

We increased the rent slightly to pay for lawn care (but if you want a garden,
there is space). New flooring on main floor rooms placed this past summer. The dryer is new (washer & dryer are in closet off the dining room under the stairs to upstairs room). The washer, dishwasher, refrigerator, bathroom sinks and faucets, and kitchen faucet were replaced in 2019.
